I have a question regarding this recipe. Is this the right place to post?
I got quite a mushy texture at the end of the cooking. The chicken fillet was shredded.As seen in the picture I posted. Im not sure if this is what it's supposed to be like, or did I do something wrong? The recipe asked for deboned chicken but I used chicken fillet. Pretty much the same thing isn't it?
I have to say, it doesn't look very appetizing...
