Just realise these things happen when you try a new anything. All about learning and being confident about how certain food work in the Thermothingy. Takes a while.
You can always rely on Tenina's cookbook recipes to be spot on. Same with many people on this forum. We try and try until we get our own perfection as to what our family likes. Mushy meals are very popular at the start! If you have small children or dogs they are a Treat. Not so much of adults. Your almost puréed meals can be great toast toppers! Bonus I say.
