Hi all. I'm from Perth, WA. I got my TM last Saturday and have been cooking up a storm ever since! So far I've made ice cream, butter, profiteroles, chicken liver pate, veg stock concentrate and this morning I made butter chicken which tastes delish. If anyone out there has made it before - did it turn the butterfly attachment green? Was quite surprised at that! Unfortunately my bread roll dough was a disaster but I think I got the weights wrong. Anyway, I'll certainly be trying them again soon. So far so good!

Wow GP look at you go!!! I've not made the profiteroles yet. Were they good? I think I'll have to try some of those soon. My butterfly did go off colour after making my first curry paste. I'd describe it as being an orangey/green if that makes sense!

Welcome Gentle Petal from another Perth member.
You have certainly started with a rush of enthusiasm. Congratulations. Try Chookie's No Fuss Roll recipe. They are lovely. I usually make it as a loaf.
