I've sent you the Red Onion Relish from the EDC past94x  ;D
Also have a look at this recipe,Odette's Onion Jam from Helene.It uses red onions ;)

Just made the Red Onion Relish from EDC.
All I can say is - simple & delicious.

Anyone out there who likes red onion chutney, do try this, it's lovely.
