Well I lost the recipe I had planned for dinner tonight so I looked in the Baby & Toddler book to see what I could make with two of the main ingredients and this recipe fit the bill. Even though it's for 6-9 month olds, I thought I'd make it to review and eat anyway.
It's an simple recipe. The only thing I would say is to stop the cooking of the chicken halfway and give it a stir as from past experience (and today), it doesn't cook through in parts. Either that or cook it extra.
It's a tasty dish, especially once salt is added (which would not normally be necessary if serving to the age group intended for).
Why didn't this book exist when my toddler was this age?! These are the kind of thermomix recipes I needed but could not think of and create myself. I'm glad that Louise created this book and am looking forward to trying the recipes for my younger daughter who is due to start solids soon.
