Good Morning everybody, thank you for the very warm welcome. Astarra I cook for 4 of us, but love entertaining.
I have to say, I've had quite a few disappointments, over the initial 4 weeks. Mainly from recipes in the EDC.
I don't like the way the mince meat is broken down in the bolognese. My yogurt didn't set. The custard is too 'floury', my risotto was 'claggy'. Pumpkin soup was tasteless.
On a more positive note, loved the béchamel sauce, citrus marmalade, pasta dough.
Off to search for recipes, and turn this situation around!
