I've never had bircher muesli but thought I'd give this a go since I had all the ingredients. I didn't realise that you have to soak it for a minimum of one hour but that didn't matter since I wasn't in a rush to go to work and hubby had made some eggs for my toddler so she wasn't going to be hungry.
She almost always wants what we're eating so came asking for some when I eventually had breakfast. Then she wanted more and more so a big YES from her. I liked it too although not at first but got used to it.
