I love tots and these look delicious, but when I make tots of any kind, I get too impatient and lazy to make them into nice regular small nuggets - they start off nice and neat but after about 6 or so they start to get bigger and bigger and don't look so attractive any more!

Ha Marina.  This is why I use the small ice cream scoop.
GS liked them with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce.
