This is a lovely ice-cream, very subtle flavour of lavender. Thanks Karen for giving me that packet of lavender, finding recipes to use it is very pleasing.
One again, I used my ice-cream maker to churn after the initial TMX part of the recipe and have served it in an Almond Tuile Basket, recipe on page 101 of QFEC.
