I didn't have much on hand so this was the only recipe I really had the ingredients for and I needed something for my 7 month old's breakfast.
It's not something I would normally make but my little one really enjoyed it. It did seem a little runny at first but it thickens with time.
Even my toddler was keen to have some. I was a little hesitant to give her some as we suspected quinoa as a possible allergen for her in the past when she had rashes on her face. She loved it and didn't react either.
