This is a really simple apple jelly recipe (if you have titanium strength gelatine leaf sheets on hand which I did). I've never tasted it before let alone make it but I just happened to have all the ingredients needed. So far I have just sliced a piece off and eaten it on it's own but I'll have it with ice-cream. I think it would be nice thinly sliced and added to a pork sandwich.
In step 6 I did strain the mixture before pouring into 4 small ramekins, not 2 as suggested in the recipe. I think the smaller serves are quite ample.
