Lychee Sorbet from A Taste of Asia

Love this simple sorbet. Must reduce the sugar though. Too sweet.

Other than that, it's a 5/5 from us :)

It's a divine sorbet, Cookie. It has the familiar taste and aroma of lychees. But the texture is so unexpected (for a lychee)

Oh, that doesn't happen everyday Cookie. Yesterday it was mac and cheese. From a pack. Hahaha
