Hi ThermieFan, welcome to the forum. My best tip would be to take it easy to start with and try some of the recipes from our forum which have been tried and tested.
This
list of recipes CP has posted is a great place to start. Always read the recipe steps carefully - then read them again. We all make mistakes by misreading or jumping ahead of ourselves when following a recipe. Err on the side of caution when chopping, you can always add another second or two once you've checked your bowl contents but once you've made 'soup' there is no turning back
Have fun when your machine arrives and we look forward to hearing how you go, what you are cooking etc. Thanks for joining us.
