Katie this bread is delicious. It is a very light bread. We had stripped our Chili bushes last week but I managed to find a green one, 2 tiny red ones and a middle size red one. I used the seeds and threw them in with the cheese when I grated it. The flavour was beautiful.

I made this again yesterday afternoon and took it with me today. A couple of the guys couldn't believe that I had made the bread and every single person raved about it. Thanks heaps Katie. I did tell them it was "Katie's recipe. "

I made this again today. I blitzed the chilli and then the cheese. It has made the bread orange but it hasn’t made the yummy flavour change.
