Dear Den we all have our demons. Thanks for trusting  us enough to share. Just tell it like it is. One day at a time. We all try to get that balance  in our lives. Sometimes it is easy and sometimes seems impossible.

Astarra, oh how i wish i couldnt eat when i was stressed. Certainly would be a different shape.
