We enjoyed this meal, but will simplify the cooking next time. Using the grill in my oven made it messy and time consuming. I had to keep rolling the veggies and chicken over constantly. I will use a hot oven, it might take a couple more minutes, but it can cook by itself.
Also I made a gravy with the stock after the veggies had cooked and were in the thermoserve. I added a couple of frozen herb blocks and a corn flour slurry and cooked for 3 mins, speed 1 on 100 degrees. I liked the method of cooking veggies in the basket, simple for the two of us. I will use the varoma and steam the chicken and potato, next time. Mainly because I liked the potatoes par steamed - they were nice and crunchy.
