Hi there :)

Hi all, my name is Erin and I've had my Thermomix for 2 weeks. My main concerns is the amount of sugar and preservatives in food, so looking forward to learning my Thermomix more :) 
I'm from the central coast, NSW. Go the mariners ;-) lol.

Welcome to the forum Erin. You'll probably find that you can reduce your sugar intake quite a lot, and avoid all the nasty numbers that go into some foods too. Happy thermomixing.

Welcome Erin - you reason for getting TM was one of my main one as well and it has been great in cutting sugar & preservatives out.  Enjoy cooking with TM.
