I thought this sounded tasty so I decided to make it. Yummy. I didn't make it as a breakfast dish, I did it as a sweets. It develops its flavours over several hours and is even better still the next day.
It would be lovely as breakfast too.
I only used 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in the mixture and didn't add any to the top of it.
I soaked the sago overnight. I used sago, not tapioca as I couldn't find it in the supermarket.
5/5 from me and will definitely be made again.
