Hi. Just wondering if you can freeze pizza dough? Is there a best way of doing it if so?
Thanks.

Yes you can freeze pizza dough.I would freeze in individual balls, lightly coat the dough all over with olive oil and place in a freezer bags.Expell as much air as you can and place in the freezer..

I've also frozen the pizza dough, ready rolled out as the pizza base. It must be well wrapped. It isn't as nice as doing it the way CC suggested but is handy for a quick pizza.
