cooking chops in the veroma
« on: May 07, 2014, 04:57:24 am »
I have only had my thermi for a week and want to cook one of our favorite recipes.  Normally cooked in the oven for 1hr in a beautiful marinade.  Can I steam it for 1 hr? Would it be tender.  The meat melts in your mouth when I do it in the oven.  Thanks for your help.

I've not done lamb chops in the TMX penny but I found this recipe which may give you some guidance.

Next time you prepare them to do in the oven, why not try one in the Varoma. I would place it on a damp, crumpled piece of baking paper. Or even in a small bowl or dish that will fit in the Varoma. That way if it doesn't work you haven't wasted too much.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
