Katesjoy, I don't know if it's worth making mozzarella in the TMX since it would only hold 2 litres of milk. I make feta and camembert from time to time and use 8 litres of milk as it's quite a lengthy process. When making mozzarella you would only use the TMX for the milk heating part... But I guess anything is worth a try
