Jerusalem artichokes in Air Fryer

This seems to be the solution to avoid the awful wind caused by these veggies. 
Wash well
Slice on mandolin
Soak in water with a little lemon juice
Dry on paper towel when ready to cook
Spray with oil
Bake in  preheated AF for 6 to 8 minutes, 200 o, stirring every 2 minutes. Cooking time will depend on thickness. ( on wire )
Remove any that brown.
 Add a little salt.

Can be used as a garnish for soup or salads,  or to nibble.
Very, very nice.
