I have been wanting a thermomix for 4 years and finally got it two weeks ago.

Hoping there are others out there that can help me with recipes suited to fructose malabsorption and lactose free.

I have recently found out about the FM and have always had issues with dairy/lactose really and my kids have problems, my son had his test today for FM. Im excited to be able to make an onion free stock etc.

Any others that can help with ideas would be so great :)

Hi and welcome to he forum G.I. Jane.  I hope the TMX makes life easier for you.  You may have to google for some suitable recipes and convert them to the TMX.  Did the person who diagnosed you give you any ideas or recipes?

Welcome to the forum GIJ,
We have several allergies in our family.
During the process of diagnosis and explanation there is almost always a dietition.
It is really important to talk to the dietitian for information about your individual needs.
The dietitian will also have a great list of recipes to get you started and help you find substitutes and alternatives.
From experience you will need to be careful with kids diets as their needs are different.
The forum is a fantastic resource for alternate diets and the thermomix will make a huge difference.
Good luck.

Hi and welcome GIJ, we have dairy intolerance/allergy here (depending on which doc you ask as to whether it is an allergy or intolerance), so may be able to help there but don't know much about the other, sorry.

A belated welcome GI Jane. Have you been to a dietician yet?  I'm sure they will be able to help and then you can use all their ideas in the thermomix.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
