We made these last night and they are the best grain free cake etc recipe we have made. It was also the first time we had whipped egg whites in the TMX & they worked out great. I think the egg whites help produce the light texture.
We have just had the remainder today with our cuppa & they are still light & moist.
We put the cinnamon & sugar topping on and really liked it.
Shazzy how did they go in the freezer?
