Name of Recipe: Olive Paté
Number of People:
Ingredients:
300 g de back olives, pipped
90 g of olive oil
1 soup spoon of Oregano
1 clove of Garlic
a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Add the olive oil, and garlic and chop for 3 seconds, speed 7.
Add the olives and chop for 10 seconds, speed 5..
Add the oregano and salt and mix for 1 minute, speed 4.
Place in container and let it cool in fridge.
Tips/Hints:
Just before serving, sprinkle a little lemon juice on top :-)
