Name of Recipe: Mushroom and Tuna Sauce
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:For 320g pasta15g parsley leaves
3 cloves of garlic
30g extra virgin olive oil
250g mushrooms, sliced
400g canned diced tomatoes
1 can tuna fish, drained (1 can = 160g gross weight, 100-110g net)
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation: * Chop parsley for 5 seconds on Speed 7 and set aside half of it. Scrape down the sides of TM Bowl with spatula
* Add oil and cloves of garlic. Cook for 4 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 1
* Remove cloves of garlic. Add mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Soft Speed
* Add tomatoes and salt. Cook for 20 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1
* Add tuna and cook for 5 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1
* Mix sauce with boiled-drained pasta in a pan for 1 minute on the stove
* Serve into plates. Sprinkle with parsley and freshly ground pepper
