Rubyslippers, when I make cannelonni recipes I use fresh lasagna sheets and roll them, so much easier.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I knew this recipe was on here and I've had the pasta shells for goodness knows how long.  I had a batch of Lucyluu's Vegetable Bean Bolognese sauce freshly made so I used that instead of the passata component.

I made 1/2 quantity and used grated mozzarella because that's what I had on hand.

The photo is half of what I made but I only ate half of it.  There's 4 small serves from this half batch for me to serve it with a tossed salad.

Thanks Denise, sorry it's taken me so long to get around to.  I put it together last night and baked it for lunch today.  It was lovely.
I didn't have to buy anything. I was able to finally use the conchiglioni shells from the pantry, some left-over cream cheese I didn't know what to do with from the fridge and mozzarella and chopped parsley from the freezer.

It all went nicely with my plan of reducing stocks in all these areas.  Of course I have 3 pieces to put back in but I'll make that 1 and take 2 around to Mum  ;D
