A Tired TM31

I think my TM 31 may need a little TLC. It has been sounding a little off at times and occasionally getting the Error 52 signal. This can even be the first use for the day. It has served me without any problems at all for 7 years so I feel it could do with a check up. I've contacted Meagan to see how I go about this and will keep you informed. Thank goodness I have TM 5 to save any with drawl problems.

I'm sure they'll be able to put some more life back into it for you. 7 years isn't that long in the life of a TMX but yours has certainly had a good workout for all of that time.

Oh how sad, though I'm sure a little holiday will perk it up again. Thank goodness your TM5 is there to save you from loneliness

I took my TM31 into Head Office service Dept this morning. It needs a new power board, and Scales button. $244. Pick it up tomorrow. Pretty quick service I thought.

Cookie, after 7 years of hard work it may need a refresh.
Kathy, that is pretty good.

Very good news Katj. DH decided he would fix mine!!
I said he wasn't to open it. He took the bowl apart and scrubbed it. ( it was already clean) However since he did that I haven't had any error 52’s. I know it is pure coincidence but until it does it again I won't be taking it to HO.
