A simple but very tasty carrot soup. The orange juice gives it a slight sweetness and the ginger enhances it as well (mine had been soaked in vodka to preserve it so it was probably tastier
) I didn't add any salt as I used VSC and I used milk instead of creme fraiche. It's a thin soup so you could serve it in a mug.
Recipe makes 1 litre.
