HELP! Error 39
« on: September 14, 2016, 11:25:40 pm »
So I was in the middle of making soup in my TM31 and it suddenly stopped and gave me error 42. I unplugged it, emptied the bowl, checked it all over and found nothing. I plugged it back in and set time, temp etc but when I turned the dial it gives me error 39. Checked it all over again and the only thing I could find was a bit of water sitting near the top where the lid clips in which I'm thinking I accidentally spilt when I took the lid off initally. This was yesterday, lunch time. I left it laying on its back incase some water did get in and tried it again this morning and I'm still getting the error message. Help!! I'm freaking out here.

I can imagine how you are freaking out. Whilst we're not really a thermomix fix it place I had a look in the handbook and on page 40 it says for error 39 pull the mains plug. This should re set the machine. Otherwise I'd contact your consultant.
Please let us know if this works so we can help with future enquiries.
