This is an old recipe and a fantastic one. Thanks Trudy! Tastes delicious - perfect for a fund raising stall tomorrow.

I made these last night to bring in to work today. They are so easy to throw together, and absolutely delicious. I spooned the syrup over the muffins, but next time I might just gently pour it over - too much went to waste when I spooned it over the top.

I've just made a batch of these too, I love it when someone bumps an oldie.
