Help please.
« on: January 28, 2017, 12:34:57 am »
After a cream spill into our tn5 model, the temperature guage is fixed on 98 degrees and the panel lights for heating remain on.  We cannot turn the temperature down or get the panel lights to extinguish.

The machine appears fine in other respects.

Can't find a solution anywhere for this issue and difficult contacting a representative as we live in Samoa and contact in Australia or New Zealand is not available until next week.

Grateful any thoughts.

I would leave it upright and not to use for a couple of days so it can dry out. If it still doesn't work contact Thermomix HO.

Hopefully things will work out for you.
