In the oven right now, perfect for a rainy afternoon.
Edit: Wow that was so good and easy. Best crumble recipe ever! Only thing I did was briefly chop the apples in the TMX and added a little lemon juice. The flavourings were perfect, loved the ginger and citrus. We had leftovers on our porridge this morning.
Can any of you skilled TMer's tell me, would it work OK with margarine rather than cold butter. I'm thinking it might need the butter hardness to make the crumbs, but often we just have nuttlex or a olive oil blend which are soft. Ahhh I've just thought of something; maybe if hard butter is required I could freeze the required portion of soft blend to make it harder. What do you think?
