Good work again - good to see some bright colours - almost like a zuppa di primavera (Spring Soup)

Made this last night to go with grilled chops and it was delicious.
I used Brussell Sprouts, (we wouldn't usually eat these) capsicum.leek, carrot, caulieflower and corn. Even my anti-vegie teenager ate it without complaint
Thanks for a great recipe  ;D

I made this tonight - DELICIOUS!  As I was eating it I vowed to never microwave my veges ever again!

I cooked it for longer - maybe 12 minutes - but my veges were cut into much larger chunks.

I used carrot, broccoli, beans, red capsicum and mushrooms.

Wonderful way to finish off left over veggie in the fridge.  Yum!

I have to agree with you.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Have a whole cabbage in the fridge, started looking for recipes to use some of the cabbage, rather than coleslaw, cabbage & bacon soup etc.

This looks lovely, I am going to cook this today, I have noodles in the cupboard so a quick easy meal.

Saw it was created by ILB so I know its going to be good.

I know ILB wouldn't want to take the credit for it Hally, it is in the EDC book with one tweak - the sauce is a little different.  The origins of the recipe are posted further down into that thread.

Not sure where I went wrong, maybe veggies too big. I chopped them by hand. After 8 mins still a bit too firm, love al dente but these are hard,  carrots, brocoli, celery, zuchini not cooked enough. Going to finish them off in thewok.

Thanks for sharing this recipe, ILB.  Very helpful!  I know as Judy said it's in the old EDC, but it's good to be reminded of it.  :)
