Soft, fudgy, chocolatey things to eat
« on: July 07, 2020, 01:09:28 am »
My colleague at work who got assaulted a couple of weeks ago is coming back to work on Monday.  He has had his operation and has stitches in his mouth … but that hasn’t stopped him from hinting “Soft fudgey chocolates are perfect at this stage of my recovery …” so does anyone have any tasty suggestions for what I can make for him for when he comes back to work?

Riv-mum's choc fudgy wudgy cookies are beautiful. Also Brummington's ultra gooey beetroot chocolate brownie is worth a look.

The Bimby Chocolate Cake with lots of lovely icing on, with a flake sprinkled on top.
