Amanda’s Slice

Preparation
I melted the butter for this and then added all the other ingredients. It made it so easy. I combined them on  ^^. It only took a short while. Next time I may reduce the sugar a bit.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I see someone has tasted it cookie, was it nice? That looks like something I could whip up when I know someone is coming.  Poor old Amanda didn’t get a mention on the recipe, funny how the link mentioned her though.

I'm guilty of sneaking a slice. It's not 'our'  Amanda  Judy. ;D ;D It was called that in the Delicious magazine it was from.
