Recommendations wanted for nibbles on Grand Final day
« on: September 23, 2009, 02:52:25 pm »
I'm going to a friends place for a BBQ. I'd like to bring some nibbles that are healthy and lactose free but that would also be enjoyed by everyone there.

Any suggestions?

It can be from anywhere - this forum or Everyday cookbook or other Thermomix blogg etc

I'm making a few things for my Mum to take to an after-final celebration on Saturday night at her retirement village. Don't know if any of these would be suitable for you.  Herbal chicken hors'd'ouvres with a thai dipping sauce, Capsicum and sundried tomato dip and 'Pink' Hommus - all from the everyday cookbook.

I have made these snack sticks before and they were very yummy.  You can leave out ingredients or substitute ingredients to meet your needs.  The recipe isn't for the TMX, but is very easy to convert as you go.
