I've started from scratch and now have this in the TMX steaming. I had way more mixture than could possibly fit in the TMX so hoping this also isn't a fail.
I was able to put half the mixture on to steam and have put the other half in the fridge, I'm hoping it's ok to cook the second one tomorrow.
