Not heating properly
« on: November 04, 2009, 01:00:37 pm »
I have a customer who has had her TM for a couple of weeks and it is not heating properly. She has found that she has to increase the time in the recipies by half as it is not heating up properly. Her niece bought one at the same time and has also tried helping with the problem but no luck.

Any suggestions?

doesn't sound right   :-\ maybe contact your group leader about it?
Can you time your machine and how long it takes to get to a certain temp and then get her to do the same - maybe use a thermometer?

Sheree, I would be looking at  getting it checked asap and getting it right before it becomes a not so nice experience for her and she looses all her excitement.

There is a formula about setting it to Varoma with 800ml or 1 litre of water and it should heat to 100 degrees within so many minutes - somebody like Steve at TMX HQ should be able to help there.
