Intro- another Perthite
«
on:
November 06, 2009, 11:57:38 am »
I have had my Thermomix about a month now I think, maybe more, and I am absolutely loving it, as I am sure you all understand. I have felt quite disheartened cooking for my very fussy family, even though I like to cook....the Thermomix has allowed me to make things I never dreamt I could, and the family love it.
I am a homeschooling mum and my teens are also enjoying making things during the day (like iced coffees!).
I have popped in and out and an glad for these forums and thought I had better post an intro....hope to visit frequently.

Hi there
Great to hear you (and your kids) are enjoying your TMX. I have mine about 7 weeks and love it! I find this forum fantastic for ideas, tips and recipes. Looking forward to your further postings.

Welcome to the forum sunstone. Maybe this should be on the teens study list so they can take over al the cooking

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Thanks CP63. It is the Sunday runabout, usually on Model A rallies. Then we can fix each others when they conk out! It doesn't have the top yet, will be done before winter.
