Think positively, and get the space ready in the kitchen next to the power point... ;D

Thought I'd update.  My intended garage sale for this weekend was put off due to 40C forecasts.  NO WAY was I going to sit in the shed in stinking hot heat.  So no money from that. :(

As for the job prospect?  Well it's still that.  I never ended up hearing from the principal so I was cheeky and rang him instead and asked about the job.  He seemed pleased that I rang and it just so happened that he had a meeting about the position 1/2hr after he talked to me.  That was Thursday so hopefully I will hear something this next week coming.  It will be a miracle if I'm offered it but I sooo do hope so!

Well it's a no go. :(  Position changed nothing available. :(  And to add injury to insult, I applied for another position today and got a very quick call back only to have the boss say no within 2 minutes of talking to me. :(

Bugger bugger bugger.  I must really stink and be totally unemployable.  Damn I wish DH would let me buy the TMX so I could at least demonstrate it for some extra cash.  Sigh...

Sorry to hear about all the bad news!!  Dents the self esteem....
Have you looked into Option 4 to earn your Thermomix? I think it's a $600 deposit, and after you sell 6 in your first 60 days you get your TMX and your money back!

ILB, You gotta have $600 to spend though.  :(  I'll just have to suck it up and wait for the right job and just keep saving.

Think positive, think positive!

Of course you are employable! The right job is waiting for you out there. Just imagine yourself with that perfect job, some income and a little savings account adding up in preparation for your TMX. :-*
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Have you thought about getting a license for home child care? I'm sure that would go down well in Gero.
