Sarah, I don't think the paper would work, but you could use foil or an oven bag. Double the foil and make a boat shape.

Which one do you think is the better one? Larger or smaller? I've got no concept of sizes, my husband thinks it's hilarious.

I'm having to sew some badges on my daughters' scout uniforms and it says to leave 1cm. I have no idea what that is, and had to use a ruler. I can't gauge these things.

Sorry! I just saw your comment! I have one of the large and two of the small. Two small ones seem to fit snuggly next to each other, which is handy in this home because DH has chicken when I have fish.
