Review-Roasted Beetroot Dip

Roasted Beetroot Dip
A Taste of Vegetarian

I made this to the recipe and left the sugar out. It has a lovely taste, but I found it to be a bit thin.
I prefer the beetroot,parmesan and cashew dip I make, but this probably has a lot less calories.
