Festive Flavour Booklet - Recipe Amendment

Just received a message from head office about a recipe amendment as follows:
Please note that there has been a recipe amendment to the Strawberry Cooler recipe in the Festive Flavour Booklet.
We apologise for the inconvenience, the recipe states that a 12cm piece if ginger is required, this should be 1-2cm instead.
OMG - can you imagine the flavour??

Thanks Nay-nay. The amendment didn't come out soon enough from HO. We did this at 2 cooking classes. It's still quiet nice and refreshing but was a bit strong for some people. Reminded me of Nan's fruit punch with heaps of Dry Ginger Ale. The reduction will certainly tame it down.

I love ginger - as you can see from the watermelon and ginger drink in the Monthly Mouthful comp, but 12cm - HOT STUFF!!!!!

Think whoever was first to send there recipe in would have one - there was no clear favourite.  Lots of replies but not many votes from what I could see.
