Hi may name is Juliette I'm expecting my TMX before Christmas can't wait to drag it over to my mums to cook up desert, might even convince her to let me do gravy for dinner too  ;D

Welcome Juliette. Let us know how you go with the gravy and dessert at your Mum's. I'm sure everyone would be impressed with a sorbet if it's hot.

I'll add my welcome, Juliette.  You are in for a great time.

I'm a new TMX owner and have been having lots of fun with it.   I have yet to explore the full range of its abilities but should accomplish that within a week or so.
