Thanks APMSAM - I made a similar dish with some frozen and some liquid champagne.

Did it still have the tingling sensation with just frozen - need to try it.

Also - I have copied it to http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2640 so others can find it if just looking thru desserts
