Okay I *think* the chai spice mix I made included one whole nutmeg, one cinnamon stick, some cloves, some fennel seeds, some cardomom pods, and some allspice all whizzed up together. Then when I made the ice cream I did the recipe in the EDC including the vanilla and I put the chai spice mix in before I heated it up to activate the spices so it was like a hot chai flavoured milk by the time I poured it into the stainless steel bowl for freezing. It's so so so yummy!
