I just made lychee and coconut sorbet. I froze a cann of coconut cream/milk into ice cube trays and put a can of lychees in the fridge. Just followed the sorbet recipe in the EDC. It was softer than the other sorbets I've made and I think that was because the coconut cream/milk was frozen but softened quickly. So next time I think I'll just buzz some dessicated coconut with the sugar. But it was delicious!! I just love lychees!!! YUM!!!
