Welcome to the forum and the world of the Thermomix.  :)

What to make first? What about a vege juice? Use ice cubes to help emulsify the veges to a smooth drinkable texture.
Bread would be the next option, there's a wonderful recipe here. These are bread rolls, but JulieO made a loaf with the same recipe and it worked really well.
What about a delicious vegetarian pasta? Use a tomato passata and put in some grilled Mediterranean veges. Once you start you'll think of all sorts of things to make.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Welcome spiralgirl.  Not being either a vegetarian or dairy free myself, it is difficult for me to advise you but there are others on here in the same boat so I'm sure you will get many ideas from them too.

Welcome Spiralgirl. Don't be overwhelmed. Just take baby steps with what you make. The homemade lemonade in the Everyday Cookbook is very refreshing for the hot weather and there are some other fantastic recipes on this forum.

Welcome to this forum..... which is very helpful and lots of fun. I suggest that you don't fret too much about what to cook spend a day or two collecting from this site and any others that might be mentioned here. Copy and paste the recipes that interest you, print them out and Hey you have the beginnings of a new recipe book that has been tried and tested by others on the forum :) As Thermomixer said start with the vegetarian thread. I can guarantee it was well worth the effort when I was waiting for my TMX to arrive.
Good luck and Happy :) researching and cooking. :o

Welcome. Don't be too overwhelmed, the best way to help  is take tiny steps and use the machine. Perhaps some fruit sorbets.

For dairy free, try Quirky Jo's website.  There are also some vegetarian recipes as well.  Definitely recommend her dairy-free smoothies.
