Hi all! I just want to say I love my thermomix very much! I bought it when I was living in Spain, I have learnt some really good Spanish dishes, if anyone fancies anything along those lines, let me know and I can try and help!

Hi Sabrinah, were are you located now? I love my thermomix too. Don't know how I'd go without it for any length of time.
Do you have any good easy paella dishes? It's something I've always wanted to try.
Hope you enjoy the forum.

Hi Sabrinah welcome to the forum. We have Bron who lives in Spain who has posted a lot of recipes but the more the merrier. Any of your favourites would be very welcome without being specific.

Welcome Sabrinah! We would love to hear of your experiences with your TMX.
